Hello, I am Jayma Brooks.  I am a Christian and love my God with all my heart, mind and soul.  In the last 7 years, He has been moving mountains in my life.  He has changed my heart from one of 'knowing what everyone else should be doing', to one of forgiveness.  My life is so much different since I have started to turn my life over to Him.  I had been trying to do things in my life by myself but nothing worked out quite right.  When He takes care of things for me by bringing me what I need, everything works out much better.  I know that no matter what comes my way (good or bad), He will be there with me to get me through it, as long as I turn to Him.

I have found a wonderful church that is filled with supporting people.  I don't mean there are a few that are supportive, I mean every one that attends this church.  Because of this support, I am able to walk out into the world and know that God is with me as long as I allow Him to work in me.  I am working on taking the love He has given me and shine it to the world so they will know His love also.  God loves everyone but some times they just need to hear someone tell them that so that they can turn back to Him.

My hope is that everyone could find a church like this.  Given the opportunity and an open mind, it can change your life.

A quote to think about "Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is alo what it takes to sit down and listen:"  Winston Churchill

Scripture  - Mark 4:31-32 31 It is like a mustard seed, which is the smallest of all seeds on earth. 32 Yet when planted, it grows and becomes the largest of all garden plants, with such bigh branches that the birds can perch in its shade."

Working at your desk, you should stand once an hour.

Your body should be in a good position while working on the computer.  This is important for your back, shoulders, neck, wrists, and eyes.  It is also important that you take break like getting up and walking around the room.

What computer is right for me?  It depends on what you want to do with it.  If you only want to check email and go to a few websites then you don't need a lot of power and memory (like some online gamers do).

Computers are a great way to stay in touch, but learn to do it the right way.  You need to practice at least an hour a day (1/2 hour at at time is ok).
